Place Value Number Generator
Set how many places the number has, then fill in the digits allowed at each place (only 0-9 counts). Every place is picked independently at random and joined with the highest place on the left. Place 1 is the units digit.

Introduction to the tool and how to use it

Place Value Random Number Generator builds numbers under per-place constraints — for example forcing the ten-thousands digit to 1-9, allowing only 0/2/4/6/8 in the units place, or fixing one place to a handful of digits.

Steps:
1. Set how many places the number has; the page then shows one input per place (place 1 is the units digit, counted from the right);
2. Fill in the digits allowed at each place — 13579 means that place can only be 1/3/5/7/9. Only 0-9 is recognised and anything else is ignored; leaving a field empty allows 0-9;
3. Set how many numbers to generate, and whether to remove duplicates and sort;
4. Click Run. The text box prints one number per line, the table below shows the index and the generated number (copyable in place), and CSV export is available.
Note: each place is picked independently, so a digit may repeat within the same place. When dedupe is on and the candidate space is smaller than the requested count, the tool returns as many distinct numbers as it can.
